I book my clients by text or phone call.
What are your salon's operating hours?
My hours of operation are:
Tuesday through Fridays from 11 am to 8.
Saturdays 11 to 5 pm
How do I prepare for my appointment?
For laser hair removal shave the area thoroughly the night before. For electrolysis do not shave.
For any other service we can cover details on the phone.
Do you offer consultations before booking a service?
Yes, online consultations are free of charge.
In person consultations are $45 and the fee will be waived if you get the service.
Can you recommend products for my skin/hair type?
I offer product recommendations to help maintain the beauty regimen at home and extends the benefits of the salon treatments.

How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Customers may need to cancel or change their appointment and want to know the procedure and any associated fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept e-transfer and cash as payment only.

What's your cancellation policy?
I need 48 hour cancelation notice or an appropriated fee will be applied
Are your products cruelty-free or vegan?
Yes I am, the products I sell are cruelty free, no harsh fragrance, some are vegan natural botanicals or natural derived and environmentally safe.
